Reg Babcock, Founding Partner

Reg is an attorney with a broad range of experience.  He has extensive, first-hand experience with the management and boards of many private and public companies in various industries, having served variously as officer, director, adviser and attorney. Mr. Babcock co-founded and served as a managing partner of Connecticut’s Angel Investor Forum, Inc., an organization of individual, accredited investors.

He previously served for more than 20 years as vice president, general counsel and secretary of Connecticut Natural Gas Corporation. A member of the Connecticut bar, he received his BA degree in 1973 and his JD degree in 1977, both from American University.

Paul Campaniello, Founding Partner

Paul is a seasoned CMO/Vice President of Marketing, previously responsible for worldwide marketing strategy, execution and sales support of several early stage, venture-backed companies, including Hancock Software, ScaleBase, Mendix, Lumigent, ComBrio and Savantis. Paul also helped build Precise software from a private, venture-backed startup to a public company with $80 million in revenue in just four years, prior to its sale to Veritas for $600 million. Paul holds both a BS and an MBA from Bentley College.

Kevin Crimmins, Founding Partner

Kevin is a senior technology executive with operations, legal, sales and service delivery expertise. He has specialized in business services with a focus on the intersection of law and technology, especially SaaS-based business solutions. He has held a variety of roles in sales and sales management, which have led to senior roles encompassing operations, strategy, product management, marketing and service delivery.

Kevin has a long record of success in driving revenue generation, delivering excellent service, and in coordinating operations with the customer facing aspects of the enterprise as well as experience with the merger/acquisition process and the post-merger integration of companies and cultures.  A member of the Connecticut bar, Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Bentley College and a Juris Doctor from the John Marshall Law School.

Andy Quinn, Founding Partner

Andy is an experienced business development and technology leader.  An early leader in the SaaS (back then Application Service Provider) in the late 90’s.  That early knowledge led to him co-founding a SaaS license management solution company (Engyro), which was sold to Microsoft.  As COO of QuickCompliance, a healthcare education solution provider, Andy was instrumental in its successful education of over 1.6M people in HIPPA in its first eighteen months. This was followed by many global Learning Management and application, and gamification solutions for some of the top medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotech companies in the world.

With his work with  HowStuffWorks, the leader in knowledge and curiosity online, and then to Discovery Communication, he has experience in large scale SEO and video solutions   Tie into that solutions in financial services, kids games and enterprise wellness, Andy has led the development of many products.   Andy attended the University of Hartford in the College of Engineering, concentrating in electrical and computer engineering.
